Funds must be received within 48-72 hrs of receipt of invoice - this may mean you need to do an express bank transfer in some cases. Note that it is the buyers responsibility to organise appropriate transport and clearance forms for any hazardous materials. Units may have stickers on packaging. Please ensure to bid appropriately per unit as this will be used for invoicing purposes.

BREXIT NOTE:
Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI) are formally no longer a member of the European Union (EU) and transition period ended on the 31st December 2020.
A Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the UK has been agreed and was provisionally implemented from 1 January 2021. However, in order to allow goods to move to GB from EU countries appropriate customs declarations must now be completed. Therefore in advance of participating on any FreeFlow auctions we would suggest that all GB customers reach out to their carriers for advice on shipping and customs requirements in advance of bidding.
Customers are reminded that they are responsible for clearing customs and any local taxes or duties that may apply. FreeFlow will provide assistance where possible but it is important to note that customers are now responsible for clearing customs and any associated costs when purchasing goods auctioned by FreeFlow.
It would be prudent to expect delays in shipping times compared to previous EU shipments and POD and delivery documents will still be required to be submitted to FreeFlow.
